Cheryll Glotfelty is associate professor of English at the University of Nevada, Reno and a CASE-Carnegie Professor of the Year for Nevada. She has published many essays on western writers and Nevada literature and is coeditor of The Ecocriticism Reader: Landmarks in Literary Ecology (1996).
