A delightful tale of a little flea who becomes a famous dancer. As a newborn flea, hearing music for the first time, Errusika becomes convinced that she must become a dancer. Zizt the Mosquito, a mischievous and well-traveled insect, tells her about Russia, where every flea is a dancer. Errusika’s best friend Karuso, the baritone dog, pleads with her to stay, but the daring young flea leaves home to pursue her dancing career in the land of Fleasova. This is the first English publication of this story, accompanied by the original Basque text.
