EXAMINATION/DESK COPIES

DESK COPY REQUEST POLICY

A desk copy will be sent to those who have decided to use a publication for classroom adoption. A paperback book will be sent after a formal request has been made.

Requests must be submitted by fax or mail in the following manner (e-mail requests will be accepted if it is from an Institutional E-mail address and includes the information below):

1. On Institutional Letterhead (or using an Institutional e-mail address)
2. Instructor's Name
3. Academic Rank
4. Department
5. Course Name
6. Semester the books will be used
7. Anticipated enrollment
8. Name of the Bookstore that has ordered the book
9. Complete UPS mailing address and Phone number/s
